It’s almost Christmas, which means it’s time to break out the scissors, paper, ribbons and bows and get wrapping. Today, I have three easy gift wrapping ideas that will take your gifts to the next level using supplies you already have.
I’m notorious for wrapping presents on Christmas Eve. I don’t know how the holiday sneaks up on me every year, but it does. At least I saw a small improvement this year and did it on the 23rd! Anyway, let’s get to what’s under my tree.
1. Brown Paper and Ribbon
This combo is a classic. Despite it’s simplicity (and low cost), it always makes gifts look polished. The recipient will have no clue that you wrapped it on Christmas Eve…!
2. DIY Wrap Around Yarn with Pom Poms
This is a fun and easy way to dress up gifts without bows or ribbons. All you need is yarn of your choice and a pair of scissors. Just make some pom poms, attach them to a long piece of yarn and get wrapping. Easy. Cute.
3. Statement on Statement
If you’re looking for a more playful presentation, opt to put the boldest materials together. I didn’t go crazy here, but you could definitely come up with some pretty fun combinations.
Well, there you have it! Sweet and short. Merry Christmas, everyone!
