Getting Personal & A New Series!

IMG_4517Posting on a Sunday- who am I? It’s been a while, but Sunday posts are back and better than before. In an effort to connect with you more, Sunday posts are more laid back, personal and cover topics that perhaps I wouldn’t usually talk about. I’m down to talk about just about anything and want you to be involved, so who knows where this will go! For today, we’re going to chat about changes, some exciting, some scary and all happening very soon.

A New Series (…or two?)

I feel like the internet is in full autumn mode even though it’s only October 1st. Of course, I’m not complaining. There’s a candle burning as we speak and I swapped out my usual pinky nude nails for a vampy red. I’m ready to wear sweaters, eat soup and take way too many pictures of leaves and pumpkins.

This time of year is so cozy and lovely, but goes by so quickly, so I want to make the most of it, which means there will be one autumnal themed blog post every week during October! I’ve never done a regular series on my blog, but I think it will be fun and I’m curious to see what you guys think. Let me know what you want to see!

I guess you could say there’s two new series because Sunday posts are in their own little category. Maybe it should have a name like “Sunday Chats” except not that because that sounds horrible. How do we feel about “Sundaze”? Name suggestions are welcome.

I’m Moving.

I wish I could say it was to somewhere super cool, but it’s basically down the street. Still a hassle though. This is the third year in a row that I’ve moved and I’d love to say I’m  good at packing and dealing with it all, but I’m not. This is the first time I’m moved while blogging and during the semester rather than during a break, sooo that should be interesting.

Yeah, perhaps taking on all these new blog commitments during October isn’t the best idea, but I’ll make it work! Maybe it will turn me into a time management pro. A girl can dream.

What’s Next?

On top of planning for this month, I’ve also been thinking about next spring because guys, I’m graduating! I’d say finally, but actually I’m graduating from college a year early. Still not entirely sure how I pulled that off. Now I’m trying to figure out what to do and where to go, which is very intimidating. If you’re also graduating soon and just feel totally overwhelmed, I get you.

Let’s just say there’s a lot going on in my brain right now. This was fun and I look forward to chatting with you next Sunday. I know it was a little scattered, but consider it an intro. Next week, there will be a bit more structure (but still fun). The first fall post will be up later this week, so stay tuned. I’m so excited for all the autumnal vibes! Who’s with me?
