When it comes to weekend trips, I think I’m pretty good at packing light. I do bring the occasional unnecessary item or two; work out clothes, I’m looking at you. My makeup bag on the other hand is just enough. Since I’m currently away, I thought I’d give you a little peek into what makeup I brought along.
It’s been a minute. Actually it’s been several weeks, but I am finally back! Though it is comically late to share my February favorites, I think it’s a good way to get back into the swing of things and you guys seem to enjoy these posts. Of course, I’ll also be sharing why I disappeared from the internet and what I’ve been up to offline. It’s going to be a ramble, so get ready.
Happy Sunday! I hope you’re all having a cozy day. My week was very busy, so I’m in need of some relaxation today. After a brief blogging hiatus, I thought it was best to come back with something light and conveniently the lovely Carina tagged me for the versatile blogger award. I especially love all the things I’m sharing with you this month.
I’m not one to bash products. Of course I give honest reviews, but outside of that if I don’t like it, I just don’t talk about it. Glasses are perhaps my favorite accessory, but until recently, I never considered how they affect my makeup. Well, besides leaving those annoying marks in my foundation anyway. It can be tricky to balance your makeup and frames, especially when you’re a lover of statement glasses like me, so today I’m sharing my tips along with the new Winter and Resort collections from Warby Parker.
Merry Christmas Eve! For those of you celebrating today and tomorrow, I wanted to create a look that’s subtly festive and universally flattering. The result is this soft shimmering makeup that takes just a few products and minutes.
When all the beauty bloggers love it, I buy it. The Juice Beauty CC Cream is a well loved product in the green beauty community, so its reputation coupled with my desire for easy natural makeup seemed like the perfect match. In reality, it’s complicated.
